The week-long program, held from Monday, 10th to Friday, 14th March, focused on promoting healthy living through education, practical engagement, and cultural immersion. The structured schedule provided a balanced mix of theoretical learning, hands-on activities, and insightful discussions.



Monday, 10th:
The week began with a welcome speech and introduction to the program. Participants attended sessions on the importance of healthy eating and lifestyle choices, followed by an in-depth look at nutritional values. The day concluded with reflections and Q&A, setting a strong foundation for the days ahead.


Tuesday, 11th:
The group visited the Healthy Life Club for interactive sessions analyzing food habits and observing healthy meal preparation. An expert talk highlighted the vital role of physical activity, offering a well-rounded perspective on wellness.


Wednesday, 12th:
Workshops took center stage, with sessions focused on research methods, habit-tracking, and writing personalized healthy living plans. A final presentation and feedback session encouraged collaborative learning and idea sharing.


Thursday, 13th:
A cultural day exploring the Old Town of Skopje offered insights into traditional food culture. The visit to a local market emphasized the importance of fresh ingredients, followed by a traditional vegetable-based lunch and group reflection.


Friday, 14th:
Participants reviewed key learnings and worked together to design brochures promoting healthy eating habits. The final presentations showcased creativity and understanding, and the day ended with a certification ceremony.


Overall impressions:
The program offered a comprehensive and engaging approach to healthy living education. It successfully blended theoretical knowledge, practical application, and cultural enrichment.
