Project Info: Healthy and Young (HAY) The Healthy and Young (HAY) project is a collaborative initiative between four schools from Türkiye, Croatia, Italy, and Poland, along with ARS Publika, a non-profit youth association. This international partnership brings together diverse cultures, educational systems, and EU integration perspectives to promote healthy eating habits and well-being among young people. HAY is led by a dedicated team of educators who aim to enhance learning through Project-Based Learning (PBL), Information and Communication Technology (ICT), and English as a foreign language. The project incorporates both formal and non-formal education methods to explore key topics related to nutrition, balanced diets, and the impact of food on overall health. A core objective of HAY is to equip students with the knowledge and skills needed to make informed food choices, fostering a deeper understanding of healthy lifestyles. Through collaborative lesson development, online resources, and interactive activities, teachers and students will exchange best practices, enriching their learning experience in the modern digital age. By engaging in this project, participants will strengthen cross-cultural connections, develop digital competencies, and encourage a mindset of well-being and sustainability in everyday life.
